- In Royal Match, players need to complete one or more targets to beat levels. These targets are shown at the beginning of each level and at the upper left corner in the gameplay.
- In order to complete targets, players need to match 3 or more same-colored match items.
- While beating levels, players will get stars. Stars are used for completing tasks to renovate the areas.
- Beating levels will also give coins to players that can be used to purchase power-ups, boosters, lives and additional moves in a level.
- Players need to complete the targets displayed in the upper left corner in the gameplay to win the level.
- It is necessary to match 3 or more same-colored items in order to progress in the level.
- Every level has a limited number of moves. So, if a player run out of moves, the level will be failed and will be tried again until it is won.
- Combining special power-ups will create greater effect and remove more items.
